The hotel's historical building and lobby were beautifully decorated, offering a charming and cozy atmosphere suitable for senior guests. The central location near Tivoli Gardens and City Hall Square made it convenient for us to explore the city easily, especially being close to the train station, which was very beneficial for us seniors.

Better assistance from the hotel staff, maybe the "children of the staff", would have made our vacation more comfortable for senior guests.

I chose this hotel for a business appointment due to its convenient location and the availability of small meeting rooms, which provided a quiet and professional setting for my work. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service were also beneficial during my stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a fully equipped business center, which would have been useful for printing and scanning documents.

The rooms are quiet and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location is central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The bike rental facility is a fantastic addition, providing guests with good quality bikes to explore the area.

It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the activities I had planned, and the area was also very nice. The hotel itself had excellent amenities, including room service, car hire, and laundry services. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, particularly one girl at the reception who kindly helped me send postcards. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.
